Industrial storage cabinets offer an easy to use and implement and secure storage solution while saving space. Storage cabinets are modular, configurable, and versatile. They are also very sturdy and can be reutilized and configured as needed.

Industrial storage cabinets are available in several depths, widths, and heights. The cabinets are configurable- combining shelves, doors and/or drawers. The drawers can hold smaller items in plastic bins, or be separated with metal dividers and partitions, or be lined with rubber mats, or fitted with foam inserts and cutouts for tools.

The heavy duty storage cabinets are utilized for storage of small to medium sized materials across all of the industries. Because the cabinet drawers can be divided and partitioned with metal dividers, or configured with plastic bins or fitted with foam cut outs it is possible to store small loose items or larger hand sized tools. The cabinets themselves are available in different heights, widths and depths. They are modular and can be joined side to side or back to back to create rows or sections, or even fitted with a solid work surface to create a workstation. Power strips, lighting and risers with work shelves are available to customize to your needs. Storage cabinets are available with locks if security is desired. Storage cabinets can be outfitted with drawers, doors or shelves.

If you want to maximize your floor space with industrial storage cabinets try stacking the cabinets to form catwalk or cabinet supported mezzanines.

If you are looking for a simple solution to maximizing your storage capacity utilizing industrial storage cabinets it is possible to stack cabinets. A walkway and an additional row of cabinets are secured to the tops of a row of back to back cabinets and are accessed via a ladder. Handrails and a walkway are added for safety. It’s now possible to access a third row of cabinets in the floor space occupied by two rows of back to back cabinets.

A second option to consider, if you have sufficient floor space is to create a 2nd floor of industrial storage cabinets and walkways supported via floor mounted industrial storage cabinets. Because the industrial storage cabinets utilized for this type of mezzanine are structurally sound, it is possible to engineer a second floor without structural columns and beams. The mezzanines offer greater flexibility in layout, but require additional floor space.
